pbaje Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the pbaje platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement and apply to all users.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — the pbaje website (pbaje.lat) and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — any person, registered or unregistered, on the pbaje platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — the amount of money held in your account.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits or offers provided by pbaje.
• "Bet" — a wager placed on any game or event.
• "Terms" — this complete terms and conditions document.
• "Services" — online casino games, sports betting and all other activities.

Unless the context requires otherwise, singular words also include the plural and vice versa.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account at pbaje:

Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Each person may open only one account.
• If people living in the same household each have separate accounts, this must be disclosed to pbaje.
• If any other pbaje account in your name has been closed or banned, a new account cannot be opened.

Accuracy of Information

The information provided at registration — name, mobile number, address — must be correct. Withdrawals may be delayed on accounts created with incorrect information. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

3 Age Restriction & Identity Verification

pbaje is an adult service. 21+ Only persons aged 21 or above may use this platform. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.

KYC Verification Process

pbaje reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie or photo.
• Confirmation of your mobile payment account.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is done for your protection.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pbaje supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The relevant limits and rules are set out below:

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile payment account.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and will be returned.
• If deposit details are not filled in correctly, crediting may be delayed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a verified payment method.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (where applicable).
• pbaje reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected irregular activity.
• If a withdrawal is cancelled for any reason, the amount will be credited back to the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pbaje offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions. The general bonus rules are set out below:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳42,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount).
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, pbaje reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the associated account. Claiming bonuses through more than one account by the same person will be treated as abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

• A bet once placed cannot be changed or cancelled (specific rules of the game or betting provider apply).
• In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical error, pbaje's decision will be considered final.
• The terms and conditions of game service providers may also apply.
• Any win obtained by exploiting a software or system error will be considered void.

Sports Betting Rules

• Betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• pbaje reserves the right to review bets and cancel them where necessary in cases of suspected irregular activity.

Disputes & Complaints

Any objection regarding the outcome of a game must be raised with the support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. The decision reached by pbaje following its investigation will be considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming

pbaje gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that setting limits is essential for healthy entertainment.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• The option to temporarily close an account is available when needed.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact our support team immediately.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pbaje's Rights

pbaje may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Operating more than one account.
• Bonus abuse or collaborative betting.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Allowing minors to access the account.
• Breaching any provision of these Terms.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time. Any existing real money balance will be returned, however the bonus balance will be considered forfeited. A request to close an account must be submitted in writing to the support team.

9 Privacy & Security

pbaje is committed to protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and other security measures.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
• pbaje will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a shared password.
• We will never ask for your password by email or chat.

10 Limitation of Liability

pbaje accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
• Issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Force Majeure events — such as natural disasters or network outages.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing of passwords.

11 Changes to Terms

pbaje reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. Therefore, it is advised to check this page regularly.

For significant changes, we will try to notify you through your registered contact details, though this may not always be possible. The date of changes will be noted at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" section.

Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the primary document. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
